Glen's Game Board

What?
Having attended the Auckland Summit run by the EdTechTeam I thought it would be valuable to share my takeaways with the rest of the staff. I have created a Hyperdoc Game Board that showcases the best of what I saw that I will share with staff so they can have access to the learning and ideas I took away from the conference.




So what?
Only 6 people went from Southwell so this means all staff have access to what I went to. With the Digital Technology curriculum coming into play very soon this will help expose more people to the learning without attending the conference. It also gives staff the chance to explore at their own pace and in their own time if they choose to. It is not forced on anyone but is there if they would like to use. It also summarises the conference for me and all of the 'cool' things are in one place for me to refer back to without having to go through all of my notes.

Now what?
I sent it to the other staff who attended with me to get some feedback and I will share it with the rest of the staff next week. I will discuss at staff meeting and ensure everyone knows there is something for everyone, you don't have to do anything if you don't want to, and if you do and get stuck I am available to come and help if needed.
